연사 소개:
Dr. Graham Crookes is Associate Professor at the Department of Second Language Studies, University of Hawai'i at Manoa, where he also is the Director of the English Language Institute. Among his interests are approaches to second and foreign language pedagogy and research which will further social justice and equity (critical pedagogy, feminist pedagogy; critical applied linguistics) but he is also broadly interested in teacher development and much of his practical teacher education efforts have been in the area of practice teaching ("the practicum"); his most recent book (for Cambridge University Press) reflects this (A practicum for professional development). Dr. Crookes has previously worked with groups of IGSE students who attended summer workshops in Hawai'i.
